ELS Hakuba Diner uses natural spices and herbs and organic tea leaves from EarthLove Company's fair trade program, which has been maintained for many years through its long-standing relationship with the high-altitude people of the Himalayas.

Although our shop is small and we are not yet able to open every day, we would like you to at least be able to experience the aroma and taste of ELS Hakuba Diner up close, so we are selling a small amount of our original blend EL Masala Chai Mix at the shop.

ELS Hakuba Diner uses Himalayan fair trade spices and tea leaves to create an authentic masala chai base that releases a noble spice aroma simply by boiling it with water and milk.

Once it's ground this finely, we'll combine it with the hand-rolled Himalayan tea leaves and bottle it right away!

It's a glass airtight container for short-term storage, but I'm happy to see the wild spices and tea leaves inside!
