Earth Love Curry (EL Curry), gentle on both mind and body, is truly "yoga you can eat"!

In Nepal, there's a saying, "If you have a mother, you don't need a doctor." This is because mothers incorporate spices and medicinal herbs into their cooking every day, protecting the health of the whole family and building strong bodies.

EL Curry cherishes this philosophy and is made under the concept of "food as medicine," with spices and herbs from the Himalayas working on the body like traditional Chinese medicine. It is a healthy dish carefully and thoughtfully crafted to boost immunity, promote detoxification, and regulate bodily functions.

EL Curry uses ingredients sourced from Shinshu whenever possible, and each dish is prepared over two days or more, taking care to bring out the unique characteristics and flavors of the ingredients, while expressing our gratitude to the producers and our customers.

We do not use any chemical seasonings, colorings, or preservatives. We are committed to making curry that is good for your body, safe, and reliable.

We deliver frozen products. They don't take up much space in your freezer and are easy to store. Furthermore, frozen curry has a shelf life of more than six months, so you can enjoy it at your leisure and plan ahead.

EL Butter Chicken Masala Curry

EL BCMC sautés a large quantity of cashews, onions, and tomatoes with aromatic spices until perfectly smooth, creating a rich curry base. Then, chicken tenders marinated in yogurt and spices and slow-roasted in the oven are added and simmered slowly to create a rich yet elegant curry infused with the aroma of butter!

EL's BCMC is truly an excellent product that stimulates the appetite!

How to serve?

When it comes to eating curry, curry rice is the classic choice!

All products in the EL Curry series are made with Japanese rice in mind, but they also pair perfectly with bread such as roti and toast.

Please enjoy the EL Curry series at your leisure in the comfort of your own home.

How to re-heat?

A double boiler is best! A microwave is also OK!

Microwave safe!

To heat up EL Curry, simply boil water in a large pot, then place the unopened frozen curry in its bag into the boiling water and heat it up!

To heat from frozen, it takes approximately 7 minutes; to heat from refrigerated, it takes approximately 5 minutes.

Once it's thoroughly heated, simply open the package, transfer it to a plate, and enjoy!

If heating in a microwave, transfer the food to another heat-resistant container while it is still partially thawed before heating.

EL Curry comes in individual 240g packs, vacuum-sealed and frozen, with a shelf life of over six months from the date of purchase. It is packaged in a special bag that allows for both vacuum-sealed cooling and heating in a hot water bath, and is thinly packed to save space (15 x 20 x 1.5cm).

(Note: If using a microwave, transfer the partially thawed curry to a separate heat-resistant container before heating.)
