Namaste EarthLovers:
🌏 Welcome to EarthLove Station Hakuba Podcast & Diner!
EarthLove Station (ELS) is a detached house located right next to JR Hakuba Station (108 steps from the ticket gate). It's a place for Earth Lovers from all over the world to gather, talk, and connect.
🌿 What is EarthLove Station?
ELS is a place where everyone who loves Earth can gather!
(Like everyone's train station or base, it's a hub for Earth Lovers) 😆
This is a place filled with the desire to share the blessings of the Earth, the importance of nature, and the "connection with the Earth" that each person has felt.
This is a platform where we can all bring together ideas and wisdom to address environmental and social challenges and collaboratively envision a brighter future.
"We want to create a better world for the planet and for future generations."
That sentiment is the origin and ideal of ELS.
🍛 Hakuba Diner
At the heart of the station's first floor is Hakuba Diner (HD), a restaurant that embodies the "food as medicine" philosophy, aiming to nourish both mind and body.
"The Spice Experience & Immersive Dining - Hakuba Diner"
Enjoy healthy and spicy dishes and natural drinks made with rare spices native to the Himalayas and wild alpine herbs.
The concept is simply "Positive & Natural!"
Normally, Hakuba Diner operates on a reservation-only basis, accommodating only one group per night for exclusive use.
Our restaurant has a maximum of six counter seats where the chef prepares the food. We usually accept reservations for four to six people, but we can also accommodate reservations for two or three people by adjusting the course price.
Depending on the season, we also have rooms with tatami mat seating and heated tables where you can relax, and we can accept special reservations for these rooms.
Please feel free to contact us via email or social media message.
🍴 Regarding reservations (Reservations are required for all events except special occasions)
To provide you with the best possible "Spice Journey" experience (a natural food journey where you can experience the taste, aroma, and effects of spices), we kindly request that you make a reservation at least one day in advance before visiting.
We may have seats available on the day of your visit, so please contact us.

🎙 ELS Podcast Project
It's already spring 2025, but the Hakuba Podcast has finally launched! We're not yet able to record regularly, but it also serves as a community radio station for Hakuba, and together with our EarthLovers friends, we'll continue to share the beauty of nature and sustainable lifestyles from Hakuba Valley with the world.
We will carry out our activities with the hope that "as many people as possible will have the opportunity to live positively in harmony with the Earth."
I am really looking forward to the day I can meet you all.
See you soon at EarthLove Station Hakuba!
